Wedding fayre – Titanic Hotel, Liverpool

What a fantastic busy weekend we had last week! After a wonderful Saturday of excited brides saying ‘yes to the dress[, we packed up the car and headed off to get ready to exhibit at Titanic Hotel Liverpool wedding fayre. We planned for this wedding fayre early on in the year as we love this venue so much!
Located on Stanley Dock Liverpool, this grade-II listed building, was once a busy warehouse. Over 100 years old, the exposed brickwork, concrete ceilings and original windows have been complimented with stunning contemporary furnishings and décor. The hotel also offers a magnificent waterside location overlooking the water, making it the perfect choice for your special day! Can you tell how excited we were?
We arrived for the wedding fayre bright and early with our mannequins, accessories & wedding dresses. Already it was beginning to take shape. Everybody was in and out, carrying their equipment and shouting ‘hello’. With the organisers and employees from the Titanic Hotel being really organised, we managed to get straight in and locate our stand for the day!
We set up, steamed our gorgeous wedding dresses, dressed our mannequins, and when finished, we went for a quick cup of tea and a good walk around to catch up with friends in the industry and meet new suppliers before the doors opened to welcome the happy couples.
The venue looked fabulous. There was good catchy music, wedding cars, stationery, flowers, cakes, ice cream, wedding dresses for the brides, suits for the grooms. There was a celebrant on hand to chat to, photographers, magazines and of course free bubbly on arrival! Everything you could think of under one magnificent grade-II listed building roof!.
The atmosphere was buzzing with exhibitors all ready to have a good chat and listen to the vision the bride and grooms had for their special day. There was such a great welcoming and happy atmosphere in The Rum Warehouse where we all set up.
The day went so quick with brides and grooms telling us of all their plans, some couples already had the Titanic Hotel Liverpool booked and had come to show their family the venue. Other couples were bursting with excitement as they had come to see it all set up, loved it and booked it on the spot!
For Clare Suzanne Bridal, we love the whole journey. From talking to engaged couples at this early point, from when it is all so new and exciting, to when the bride visits us in our bridal boutique further down the line. It is such a compliment to be a part of this special occasion in your lives, and what bigger compliment could we have, than when brides visit our stand at the wedding fayre to tell us they have come today to see us specifically? (This actually happened!).
We loved everything about exhibiting at Titanic Hotel Liverpool. The day went so quick, and we were looked after so well by the hotel team. The couples were so happy because there was a really happy, joyful vibe throughout the day. We cannot wait to exhibit at another wedding fayre in this venue again.
Titanic Hotel Liverpool is such an extraordinary setting as it is uniquely different from every other hotel in Liverpool. It has been lovingly restored and therefore this historic world heritage site provides a fantastic location to mark the start of your lives as newlyweds.
